Selection of three of our most representative wines that embody the spirit of our terroirs and our elaborations.
LYNUS INFANTE:
Vigor and youth coexist in the jovial, fruity and carefree wine that is Lynusl Infante. It comes from the freshest grapes from the Pagos where there are no long and powerful maturations. It is made with light fermentation and maceration and aging with a slight touch of oak to highlight the vintage.
Aged for 4 to 6 months in barrels, it is aromatic and light, ideal to share at any time with friends and to accompany all kinds of dishes. It is recommended to serve it at a temperature between 16 and 18 ºC.
ALMA:
The origin of its grapes, mainly from Pago de Cachapuz, gives Alma its organoleptic characteristics.
Delicate and elegant grapes, ripe red fruits, morello cherries, intense cherry, and aging for between 12 and 15 months in French and American oak barrels provide a medium structure with pleasant and balanced tannins.
Alma bottles are numbered, so as not to lose track of them.
LYNUS ORIGEN:
The stillness of the Pago de Roldán terrace constitutes the personality of Lynus Origen, the reference wine of our winery, the soul of our project, and our personal commitment to elegance and friendliness.
Aged for between 12 to 14 months in mainly French oak barrels and in the bottle until it is released on the market, it is a complete wine, in which elegant, soft and velvety tannins blend with powerful red and black fruits with a fresh amazing.
Designed to accompany meat, rice and even fish casseroles, it is recommended to serve it at a temperature between 18 and 20 ºC. All the bottles are numbered and come from a single, homogeneous batch.
